With the master workbook open, go to the Ablebits Data tab > Merge group, and click Copy Sheets > Selected Sheets to one Workbook . In the Copy Worksheets dialog window, select the files (and optionally worksheets) you want to merge and click Next .I later found out that this happens with all xci files that have the DLCs patched into them. Updates still work, but DLCs are never loaded. When I install the DLCs to the NAND Launchbox will load the the rom with the DLC.
