It seems like the same problem as the old thread. The belt tries to retract and rotates 1/2 way then gets stuck at the entrance of the retractor with a twist in it.After disconnecting the battery, charging it, and hooking it back up, I have some problems with the power windows. The Outback has been starting and running fine though. 1. I cannot control the front passenger window from the driver's controls. The passenger window does go up/down when controlled by the passenger's button.
